This might be a dumb question, but do you bake them in those cups, or drop them in the cups after they're done?

What a lovely blog, Glory! Read about you in the latest Artful Blogging mag. I miss those little girl parties, now that mine is 21! Enjoyed the photos of Miette in San Fran… I seem to recall seeing a book about them recently.

What size and style piping tip did you use on these cupcakes? Its so perfect!

    • Glory replied: — May 18th, 2013 @ 3:02 am

For these cupcakes I used a large round tip, with an opening of at least 1/2 inch. I have a full post on decorating cupcake here, http://www.glorioustreats.com/2011/08/cupcake-basics-how-to-frost-cupcakes.html
The post includes links to several sources you should be able to find a few different sizes of round tips. I don’t have any particular brands or tip numbers… most of the ones I have don’t have any numbers on them.
