Easy No Bake Cookies are a crowd favorite and are ready to enjoy in under 30 minutes! This extra tasty chocolate peanut butter no bake cookie recipe is made without flour or eggs and is a classic cookie recipe that is worth the hype!

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter or Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats

Instructions

  • Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, peanut butter and oats until well combined.
  • Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Transfer baking sheets to the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies have set up and are firm. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage Information: Once cookies have set up, they can be stored in the refrigerator in a ziploc bag for up to 4 days. Should you choose to freeze the cookies, place on a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and flash freeze for 30 minutes before transferring to a freezer-safe ziploc bag. Cookies can be safely frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before enjoying.
