Ingredients

  • 16 ounces vanilla candy bark candy melts, or white chocolate
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists
  • 10 chocolate sandwich cookies with orange filling
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • ¼ cup assorted sprinkles
  • 1 cup additional candies of your choice

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicone liner or parchment paper; set aside. Chop or break any larger candies, cookies, or pretzels; set aside.
  • Melt the vanilla candy bark (or white chocolate) as directed on package. If heating in the microwave, use 50% power to prevent overheating the candy/chocolate. Pour about half of the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet, then spread about 1/4 inch thick.
    16 ounces vanilla candy bark
  • Working quickly, add an assortment of pretzels, cookie pieces, and candy corn (or other candies) in a single layer.
1 cup mini pretzel twists, 10 chocolate sandwich cookies with orange filling, 1 cup candy corn
  • Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top of the pretzels and cookies, then add additional toppings, including sprinkles.
¼ cup assorted sprinkles, 1 cup additional candies of your choice
  • Set aside and allow the chocolate to cool fully. You can place the entire baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes to speed up the process.
  • Once the chocolate is fully set and cool, break the candy bark into pieces. Store Halloween Candy Bark in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

Storage Information
  • Room Temperature: Place the bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • Refrigerator: Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
  • Freezer: You can wrap large chunks of the bark in plastic wrap and then put the wrapped pieces into a freezer bag and store them for up to 3 months in the freezer.
  • Thawing: Allow the frozen pieces to defrost in the refrigerator and then sit on the counter to come to room temperature.

You can use any white chocolate or white chocolate bark for this recipe. Ghirardelli Vanilla Melting Wafers is my favorite and I believe has the best flavor.

By simply swapping out the Halloween candy additions for your favorite treats, this recipe is perfect for any holiday or occasion!  This would make a perfectly cute and simple birthday party snack!
