Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake

Combine crust ingredients in a small bowl.
Add one rounded tablespoon of moist crust crumbs into each mini cheesecake space.
Use a small bottle to press down the crumbs, to form a crust.
Prepare the filling
Beat cream cheese. Add pumpkin, eggs, sour cream, sugar and spices.
Pour filling into prepared crusts.
Bake mini cheesecakes in a pre-heated oven.
Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate for hours.
