This gorgeous Lemon Berry Bread Pudding recipe is perfect for brunch or dessert. Tender bread and custard bake together along with fresh berries, then get topped with a sweet and tart lemon butter sauce.
Slice bread into cubes. Place bread in the oven while it heats up. Remove when lightly toasted.
Add bread to a large bowl and stir in melted butter, then set aside. Prepare custard. Chop strawberries.
Add about half of the prepared bread to a prepared baking dish, then half of the berries. Then the remaining bread and berries.
Pour the custard all over. Press down the bread and fruit into the liquid. Bake, then allow to cool.
