The Best New Cookbooks of 2015 {Giveaway!}

Happy holidays friends!

As we’re getting close to wrapping up another year, what better way to celebrate than to share some of my favorite new cookbooks of 2015!

If you’d like to improve your cooking or baking skills in the coming year, or simply find some fresh inspiration, this is the post for you!

I’ve gathered six amazing new cookbooks, authored by talented cooks, bakers and bloggers!  In fact I might be a little biased, since most of these authors are incredible women I’ve met through blogging, and now have the privilege to call my friends!

From cute snacks to creative sandwiches, prepare to be inspired…

The Best New Cookbooks of 2015 {Giveaway!}

Let’s start with sweets and snacks (did you expect me to start anywhere else?)…

Wild Eats and Adorable Treats – This cute and creative book is from Jill Mills, the blogger behind Kitchen Fun with My 3 Sons.  When this book arrived in the mail my girls (ages 8 and 11) got a hold of it right away!  This book is packed with adorable ideas for snacks and meals that kids will love to help make and eat!  Along with all of the creative food ideas this book also is filled with lots of fun animal facts.  This could be a great way to get picky eaters to really get excited about food!

The Cookie Companion –  Author Georganne Bell, is the creative genius behind the cookie blog Lila Loa.  Whether you’re new to cookie decorating, or an experienced decorator, this book is for you!  You’ll find all the tips and tricks you need to take your cookies to the next level.  The truly unique thing about this beautiful book is that it contains a really extensive color guide to take the guess work out of coloring icing, and choosing color combinations for cookie sets.  I know I’m going to keep this book close at hand to reference often!

Grandbaby Cakes – This sweet book is authored by Jocelyn Delk Adams, blogger at Grandbaby Cakes.  Of course I love pretty and delicious cakes, so it’s easy to love Grandbaby Cakes!  This book is packed with 50 classic cake recipes, updated with modern twists.  From German Chocolate Pound Cake to Peach Cobbler Shortcake you’ll find lots to love in this gorgeous book interwoven with stories of Jocelyn’s family.
