Elegant Spring Cookie

This is part of a special project I’m working on this weekend.  I still need to make cupcakes to match,
but I wanted to share this special cookie with you.
More photos, how-to’s, etc. to come, but I just wanted to leave you with something pretty to start your weekend off right.
